2. Shipping Time and Delivery
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days to major cities and 5–10 business days to other or remote locations. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 

3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999 or as per ongoing offers listed on the website. Orders below the free-shipping limit may attract a standard delivery charge, which will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link along with the courier details via email or SMS. You can track your order using the provided tracking number. If you face any issues, our support team is available to assist you.
 

5. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across most locations in India. At present, international shipping is not available. Any future updates regarding international delivery will be communicated on our website.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order details. While BOWIINDIA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control, we will help coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges may apply. Refunds may not be issued for delivery failures caused by incorrect address details.
 

8. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, tampered with, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the packaging and products. Our team will review the case and provide resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
