You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as personal preference, dissatisfaction with fragrance, texture, color, or results, as skincare, beauty, and wellness products may vary by individual.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products, items damaged due to customer handling, products without original packaging, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return or refund. Any free, complimentary, or promotional product received with an order, including first-order offers, is strictly non-returnable, non-replaceable, and non-refundable.

3. Refunds Refunds are issued only after the return request is approved, all return conditions are met, and the issue is verified by our quality control team. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges, COD fees, and promotional discounts are non-refundable. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
