Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable ItemsFor hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products, items damaged due to customer handling, products without original packaging, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.Any free, complimentary, or promotional product received with an order, including first-order offers, is strictly non-returnable, non-replaceable, and non-refundable.
